YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With trifluoroacetic acid; In dichloromethane; at 20℃; for 0.5h; [0678] At RT, 0.5 ml ofTFA was added to a solution of36mg (0.125 mmol) of methyl4-[(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino ]-2,6-difluorobenzoate in 1 ml of dichloromethane, and themixture was stirred at RT for 30 min. The reaction mixturewas then concentrated under reduced pressure and the residuewas co-evaporated repeatedly with dichloromethane andtoluene and dried under reduced pressure. The crude productwas used for the next step without purification. Yield: 24 mg(quant.)[0679] LC/MS [Method 3]: R,=l.56 min; MS (ESipos):m/z=188 (M+H)+,[0680] 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): o [ppm]=6.44 (s,2H), 6.24-6.15 (m, 2H), 3.73 (s, 3H).
