YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With cesium fluoride; In acetonitrile; at 70℃; for 16h;Inert atmosphere; Sealed tube; General procedure: To an oven-dried microwave vial equipped with a magnetic stir bar were added the N-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine (0.25 mmol, 1.00 equiv) and CsF (228 mg, 1.50 mmol, 6.00 equiv). The vial was sealed and degassed by alternating vacuum evacuation and backfilling with N 2 (3 × 1 min). Acetonitrile (2.50 mL, 0.10 M) and the aryne precursor (0.625 mmol, 2.50 equiv) were then added to the vial via syringe. The resulting mixture was heated a t 50 C or 70 C and stirred for 16 h. The reaction was allowed to cool to room temperature, the solvent re-moved in vacuo and the crude material dissolved in Et 2 O and passed through a silica gel plug. The Et 2 O was removed in vacuo and the resulting crude mixture was purified by flash column chromatography to afford the title compound.
