YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) dichloride; potassium carbonate; In tetrahydrofuran; water; at 73℃; for 12h;Inert atmosphere; Compound NAP 0.169g, 1-methylindole-2-boronic acid, potassium carbonate, bistriphenylphosphonium palladium dichloride, tetrahydrofuran, and water obtained in the first set of experiments in Example 1 were added to the flask in turn, and the flask was heated under an inert gas atmosphere. Atmosphere, stirring, heating and condensation reflux for 12h. After the reaction was completed, the solution was extracted with dichloromethane, the organic phase was collected, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure, and the system of petroleum ether:ethyl acetate (20:1) was used as the eluent for column chromatography to obtain the compound MIPMD. Three groups of experiments were carried out, and the ratio conditions of different materials are shown in Table 14 below.
