YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
80% With aluminum (III) chloride; In nitromethane; at 40℃; for 5h; At room temperature, dissolve phloroglucinol 5 in a nitromethane solution, add anhydrous aluminum trichloride and p-fluorophenylacetyl chloride 13 successively, and heat to 40 C.After reacting for 5 hours, slowly pour the reaction solution into ice water, add saturated potassium sodium tartrate solution, and stir vigorously. The reaction solution was extracted 3 times with ethyl acetate. The organic phases were combined and washed with saturated NaCl solution. After drying and filtering with anhydrous sodium sulfate, the organic phase was evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. The obtained crude product was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain compound 14 (yield 80%).
