YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
74% With silver nitrate; triethylamine; In dichloromethane; at 20℃; Compound 7 (1.8g, 10mmol), 29 [107819-90-9]1,3-bis(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-methyl-2-thiopseudourea (3.2g, 11mmol), 81 silver nitrate (2.0g, 12mmol), and 82 triethylamine (1.7mL, 12mmol) were mixed in 83 CH2Cl2 (60mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. After the completion of the reaction, the residue was poured into deionized water (50mL) and then extracted with ethyl acetate (3×30mL). The organic layers were combined and washed with saturated aqueous NaCl (50mL), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated under vacuum. The crude product was purified by silica gel column chromatography using 61 ethyl acetate/62 hexane (1:6, v:v) as an eluent to afford 30 8 as white solid. Yield: 3.1g (74percent, 7.4mmol). 1H NMR (400MHz, CDCl3) delta [ppm]=11.65 (br s, H), 10.36 (br s, H), 7.59 (d, 3J(H,H)=8.8Hz, 2H), 7.36 (d, 3J(H,H)=8.4Hz, 2H), 5.13 (s, H), 3.73 (s, 3H), 3.56 (br s, H), 1.53 (s, 9H), 1.50 (s, 9H). 13C NMR (100MHz, CDCl3) delta [ppm]=174.0, 153.5, 153.3, 136.9, 134.6, 127.2, 122.3, 83.8, 79.7, 72.4, 53.0, 29.7, 29.6, 29.4, 28.1, 28.0. HRMS [M+H]+ calculated for C20H29N3O7: 424.2086 found 424.2082.
