88% With cesium acetate; palladium diacetate; caesium carbonate; tricyclohexylphosphine; In dimethyl sulfoxide; at 110℃; for 12h;Sealed tube; Inert atmosphere; Schlenk technique; General procedure: Add a magnetic stir bar to the 25mL schlenk reaction tube, Weigh 2-iodo-tert-butylbenzene (0.2mmol), N,N-di-tert-butyldiaziridinone (2equiv), palladium acetate (0.02mmol), tricyclohexylphosphine (0.2mmol), cesium carbonate ( 0.8mmol), cesium acetate (0.2mmol), add dimethyl sulfoxide (1mL), seal the reaction tube with a matching polytetrafluoroethylene stopper, exchange the gas in the tube with nitrogen (10 times) and tighten the stopper. The reaction was heated and stirred in an oil bath at 110 C for 12 hours. After the heating and stirring were stopped and the reaction was cooled to room temperature, ethyl acetate was added for extraction and the organic phase was washed with saturated brine three times. The organic phase is obtained by liquid separation and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and then the solvent is removed by rotary evaporation to obtain a crude product. The preparation plate was separated by thin layer chromatography to obtain 1-tert-butyl-3,3-dimethylindoline.
