With palladium diacetate; triethylamine; triphenylphosphine; In tetrahydrofuran; at 100 - 110℃; under 20686.5 Torr; for 72.0h;Autoclave; General procedure: A solution of substrate (1.0 mmol), Et3N (2.0 mmol), Pd(AcO)2 (0.02 mmol), and Ph3P (0.08 mmol) in THF (15 mL) was pressurized by CO (400 psi) in autoclave and warmed up at 100-110 C under magnetic stirring for the requested reaction time. The autoclave was cooled to room temperature and depressurized. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the crude product was purified by chromatography on Silica gel (ethyl acetate/petroleum ether 1:1). The isolated product was then characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR, GC-MS and melting point; the obtained data were in agreement with literature data.
