YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
90% With triphenylphosphine In 1,2-dichloro-benzene at 180℃; for 20 h; Inert atmosphere To a solution of 27 (4.5 g, 17.5 mmol) in 1,2-dichlorobenzene (50 mL) was added PPh3 (11.5 g, 403.8 mmol).
The reaction mixture was stirred at 180 °C under N2 for 20 h.
After cooling to room temperature, the resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (petroleum ether/ethyl acetate = 10/1) to give the desired product (3.5 g, 90percent) as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.27 (br s, 1H), 8.18 (s, 1H), 8.12 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.95 (dd, J = 8.4, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.51-7.46 (m, 2H), 7.31-7.26 (m, 1H), 3.98 (s, 3H).
