71% In ethanol; at 45℃; for 6h; General procedure: Take a 50 mL single-mouth round bottom flask. Compound 10 (500 mg, 1.84 mmol) was sequentially placed at room temperature.Paraformaldehyde (82.7 mg, 2.75 mmol) and compound 8a-c (716 mg, 2.20 mmol) were dissolved in 10 mL of ethanol, and then the reaction system was placed in an oil bath at 45 C for about 6 h, and TLC was monitored until the reaction was completed. Then, ethyl acetate (60 mL) and dilute HCl (60 mL, pH=3) were added to the reaction system, and the mixture was thoroughly mixed. The pH of the aqueous phase was adjusted to 7 and then extracted three times with EA, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered, and dried under reduced pressure. Purified by column to give compound 12a-c.
