YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
18% General procedure: The suitable acid (0.5 mmol) was dissolved in DCM (8 mL) and TBTU (193 mg, 0.6 mmol) followed by the addition of TEA (71 mg, 0.7 mmol). The resulting solution was allowed to stir for 30 min at rt and the suitable secondary amine (S5-S7) (0.5 mmol) was added to the reaction mixture. The stirring was continued for 8 h. The reaction mixture was washed with a solution of K2CO3 (25percent in water, 2 .x. 10 mL), water (1 .x. 10 mL) and dried over Na2SO4. The solvent was distilled off in vacuo and the residue was crystallized from MeOH to afford the desired target compounds (12-26).
