YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
74% With iron(II) chloride; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 80℃; for 8h; Add 0.5 mmoles of 3-methylbenzisoxazole,0.6 mmol <strong>[14752-66-0]sodium 4-chlorobenzenesulfinate</strong>, 0.05 mmol ferrous chloride, and 2 mL DMF were sequentially added to a 25 mL screw test tube, stirred at 80C for 8 hours, and cooled to room temperature after the reaction. Filter, take the filtrate, and remove the solvent by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure to obtain the crude product. The crude product is purified by column chromatography to obtain the product 3ao with a yield of 74% and a purity of 98%.
