With dichloro(1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocene)palladium(II)*CH2Cl2; potassium carbonate; In tetrahydrofuran; water; at 70℃; for 0.5h;Microwave irradiation; 2-chloro-5,6,8-trimethoxyquinoline (Formula 1-6, 1eq) synthesized in Preparation Example 1 was dissolved in THF: H 2 O (4: 1),Pd (dppf) Cl 2 -CH 2 Cl 2 (10 molpercent),2-methoxypyrimidine-5-ylboronic acid and K 2 CO 3 (3 eq) were added dropwise at room temperature and stirred for 10 minutes. The reaction mixture was reacted for 30 minutes at 70 ° C. with a Biotage microwave. After completion of the reaction, the mixture was extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was washed sequentially with H 2 O and brine, dried over anhydrous MgSO 4, and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The reaction mixture was then separated and purified by MPLC to give 5,6,8-trimethoxy-2- (2-methoxypyrimidin-5-yl) quinoline.
