at 170℃; for 6h; A mixture of 6-butyl-2-(methylthio)pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (800 mg, 4.03 mmol) prepared in Step 1 of Preparation 12 and <strong>[50670-64-9]5-amino-2-methylbenzonitrile</strong> (586 mg, 4.44 mmol) was stirred at 170C for 6 hours. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and then purified with silica gel column chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol = 100/1) to give 650 mg of the titled compound as a brown solid.[640] 1H-NMR(400MHz, CDCl3) delta 9.45(brs 1H), 8.10(s, 1H), 7.63(d, 1H), 7.25(d, 1H), 5.78(s, 1H), 2.55-2.48(m, 5 H), 1.70-1.65(m, 2H), 1.44-1.37(m, 2H), 0.98(t, 3H)
