58% With bis(tri-tertiary-butylphosphine)palladium(0); sodium tertiary butoxide; In 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexadiene; for 5h;Inert atmosphere; Reflux; Under a nitrogen atmosphere, the compound sub 6 (10 g, 31 mmol), the compound amine 22 (8 g, 32.6 mmol), sodium tert-butoxide (3.9 g, 40.3 mmol) was added to xylene 200 mL and stirred and refluxed. After this, bis (tri-tert-butylphine) palladium (0) (15.9 g, 31 mmol) was added. After 5 hours the reaction was terminated to cool to room temperature and decompression to remove the solvent. After this, the compound was completely dissolved in chloroform again and separated the organic layer after two washes with water and filtered after anhydrous magnesium sulfate treatment was filtered to distill the filtrate under reduced pressure. The concentrated compound was purified by silica gel column chromatography to give the compound sub 6-2 8.8 g. (Yield 58%,
