1.47 g With benzotriazol-1-ol; 1-ethyl-(3-(3-dimethylamino)propyl)-carbodiimide hydrochloride; triethylamine; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 10 - 35℃; for 120h; To a mixture of 4-bromo-l-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (3.0 g) , (3S, 4S) -3-aminotetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-ol (1.38 g) , WSC hydrochloride (2.58 g) , HOBt monohydrate (1.89 g) and DMF (10 mL) was added triethylamine (2.19 mL) , and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5 days. To the reactionmixture was added water, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with water and brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (1.47 g) .MS: [M+H]+366.1, 368.1
