98% With sodium carbonate In dichloromethane; water at 20℃; for 18 h; Example 20l-(2-(5-(2.5-Difluorophenyl)-3-((.S')-2-methoxypropanoyl)-2-phenyl-2.3-dihvdro-1.3.4-thiadiazol-2- vDethylVl-methoxyguanidine hydrochloride <n="50"/>[00225| Step A: To a solution of Boc-anliydride(12.0 g, 55.0 mmol) in dichloromcthanc (100 niL) was added a solution of sodium carbonate (17.5 g, in 100 mL water). To this mixture was added dropwisc a solution of methoxyamine hydrochloride (13.8 g, 165 mmol) in water (100 mL). After stirring at room temperature for 18 hours, the organic layer was washed with water, dried over Na2SO.*, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to provide the product (7.94 g, 98percent yield) as a clear oil.
