100% With potassium carbonate; In 1,4-dioxane; water; at 100℃; for 16h; A mixture of intermediate 7 (71 mg, 0.1195 mmol),Compound 12 (30 mg, 0.1195 mmol),(8 mg, 0.01195 mmol) and potassium carbonate (50 mg, 0.3585 mmol) were dissolved in 1,4-dioxane (2 mL) and Water (0.5 mL) in a mixed solvent,The reaction was carried out at 100 C for 16 hours.Concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure,The residue was dissolved in ethyl acetate,Washed,The organic phase is dried,Filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure,The crude product was purified by preparative plate (petroleum ether / ethyl acetate = 8: 1, v / v)To give intermediate 13 (87 mg) in 100% yield.
