The HazMat fee will be charged to your UPS/DHL/FedEx collect account or added to the invoice unless the package is shipped via Ground service. With dmap; triethylamine; In tetrahydrofuran; at -10 - 20℃;Inert atmosphere; General procedure: Starting material (1 mmol 7or ZEN), DMAP and triethylamine were dissolved in dry THF (2 mL), cooledto -10 C and 5 was slowly added.For molar equivalents of reagents and detailed reaction conditions see Table 1in the manuscript. After stirring overnight at room temperature the reactionmixture was diluted with EtOAc (10 mL) and washed with water (10 mL), 0.5M HCl (2 x 10 mL) and brine (10 mL). The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4and evaporated to obtain the crude product mixture, which was purified bycolumn chromatography to obtain the desired TCE protected sulfates 8 and 9 (starting from compound 7)or 12 and 13 (starting from ZEN, 1).
