The solid was filtered off, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate) to give the title compound (1.78 g, yield 77%) as crystals.melting point 155-156 C. (ethyl acetate-hexane)1H-NMR (CDCl3) delta: 3.90 (1H, dd, J=9.0, 7.5 Hz), 4.35 (1H, t, J=9.0 Hz), 4.49 (2H, br s), 5.64 (1H, t, J=7.5 Hz), 6.67 (1H, dd, J=6.0, 2.1 Hz), 6.93 (1H, d, J=2.1 Hz), 7.34-7.50 (5H, m), 8.00 (1H, d, J=6.0 Hz). |
