After 1 h an extra portion of 7 mg of BDFPwas added to the reaction mixture. When the addition via the syringe pump was finished, the mixture was cooled, filteredand concentrated in vacuo. The crude product was first purified by chromatography over silica gel with DCM/MeOH(gradient) and then by preparative RP HPLC. The fractions containing the product were combined and lyophilized. 187mg of the title compound were obtained in the form of its salt with trifluoroacetic acid. After addition of a saturated sodiumhydrogencarbonate solution to 157 mg of this salt the mixture was extracted three times with DCM. The combined organiclayers were dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated in vacuo to yield 80 mg of the title compound.LC/MS (Method LC5): RT = 1.40 min; m/z = 339.2 [M+H]+
