In dichloromethane; at 20℃; General procedure: To a solution of 5 (1 mmol) in 3 mL CH2Cl2, 2-chloroacetyl chloride (0.08 mL, 1.1 mmol) was added. After the mixture was stirred for 0.5 h, the solid was filtered and purified by silica gel column chromatography (PE:AcOEt:TEA = 3:1:0.1) to afford 6. After the mixture was stirred for 0.5 h, 6 (238 mg, 0.79 mmol) was added, and the mixture was stirred for 0.5 h at 35 C. Water (10 mL) was added to the mixture, and the crude product was extracted with AcOEt (2 × 15 mL), the organic layer was washed with water (2 × 20 mL) and dried over Na2SO4. The solvent was removed under vacuum to give crude product, which was purified by silica gel column chromatography (PE:AcOEt:TEA = 3:1:0.1) to afford target compounds 11g-i.
