YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
50 mmol step 2. 35-1 100mmol, dissolved in anhydrous THF, cool down at-78 degrees Celsius, under argon protection, add 1.5 equivalents of n-butyl lithium, react for 1h. Slowly warming at room temperature, add triphenylgermanium chloride, and the reaction has been completed in 1 hour, the reaction solution is quenched with saturated aqueous ammonium chloride, extraction by EtOAc, washing, drying, over silica gel column and obtained 50mmol of product 35.
