With tris-(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0); caesium carbonate; 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-9,9-dimethylxanthene In 1,4-dioxane at 100℃; for 20h; Inert atmosphere; |
11.1 Step 1: Synthesis of 2-(2-chlorophenyl)cyclohexanone (11-2)
Under nitrogen protection, dissolve Pd2(dba)3 (238mg, 0.26mmol), Xantphos (301mg, 0.52mmol) and cesium carbonate (18.72g, 57.46mmol) in ultra-dry 1,4-dioxane (25mL) , Add 2-bromochlorobenzene (5g, 26.12mmol, 11-1) and cyclohexanone (5.13g, 52.23mmol), heat at 100°C for 20 hours, cool, extract with EA and water, and dry the organic layer with anhydrous sodium sulfate. After concentration, it was separated by column machine silica gel chromatography to obtain 2.07 g of white solid 2-(2-chlorophenyl)cyclohexanone (11-2) with a yield of 38.0% |
