YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
(1) Preparation of diazonium salt:Add 50 parts by weight in the diazo reactor to a concentration of 99%<strong>[120-35-4]3-amino-4-methoxybenzoylaniline</strong>,80 parts by weight of 31% hydrochloric acid and400 parts of water are beaten for 60 minutes,Add ice to cool to 0C,Then add 40 parts by weight of concentration35% sodium nitrite solution,Stir for 90 minutes,Sulfamic acid is added to remove excess nitrous acid,Add adsorbent, filter to get diazonium salt solution;(2) Preparation of coupling solution:In the dissolution reactor,75 parts by weight of 99% 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoyl-yl-o-aminophenylether and70 parts by weight of a 29% sodium hydroxide solution,Warm up to 70C to dissolve,Stir for 20 minutes,Obtained clear coupling solution;(3) Preparation of base fluid:In the coupling reaction tank, add 200 parts by weight of water,40 parts by weight of 62% acetic acid,20 parts by weight of 29%Sodium hydroxide solution and8 parts by weight of tallow fatty alcohol ethoxylate,Add ice to cool down to 10 C, adjust the pH to 4.8;(4) Coupling reaction:The prepared diazo solution and the coupling solution are simultaneously added into the coupling reaction vessel prepared with the bottom solution;The coupling reaction temperature is controlled from 10 to 20C and the coupling pH is 4.8.The total coupling time is 4 hours;(5) Pigmentation treatment:After the coupling reaction is over,The temperature was raised to 98C for 4 hours, filtered, washed, dried, and pulverized to give a pigmented product.
