75% With tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(0); In ethanol; water; toluene; at 90℃; for 36h;Schlenk technique; Inert atmosphere; Alkaline conditions; PDIN-2Br (1.43 g, 2.00 mmol), compound 4a (2.14 g, 6.00 mmol), sodium carbonate (4.24 g, 40.00 mmol) and Pd(PPh3)4 (catalytic amount) were added to a Schlenk (250 mL) bottle. toluene (30 mL), ethanol (20 mL) and water (10 mL) were separately added under a nitrogen atmosphere. the temperature was then raised to 90 C and refluxed for 36 h. After cooling to room temperature, the reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. diluted with methylene chloride, water was added, and dichloromethane was evaporated. purification by silica gel column using dichloromethane: triethylamine (300:1) as eluent to give compound P3P-N. It was a purple solid with a yield of 75%.
