92.3% 13.87g salicylic acid (content 99.5%)And 20.84g of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) (content 99%) was added to the ball mill tank,Grinding for 30min,The reaction temperature is controlled at 50 C.An additional 10.98 g of <strong>[25150-61-2]pyrrolidine hydrochloride</strong> (content 98%) and 8.42 g sodium bicarbonate were added.After continuing to grind for 45 minutes,A pale yellow solid was obtained.After analysis and testing,Wherein the (2-hydroxy-phenyl)-pyrrolidin-1-yl-methanone content is 35.5%,The yield of (2-hydroxy-phenyl)-pyrrolidin-1-yl-methanone based on salicylic acid was 92.3%.
