With sodium hydrogencarbonate; In water; acetonitrile; at 20.0℃; Dissolve D-3,5-bromotyrosine bromate in a mixed solvent of acetonitrile/water=3/1, add NaHCO3 and Boc2O, react at room temperature overnight, and evaporate the organic solvent under reduced pressure after the reaction is complete.Cool down to precipitate solids, pumping to give white flaky crystals.
