408 mg With potassium carbonate; In acetone; at 20℃; K2CO3 (300 mg, 2 mmol) was added to a solution of 2-bromo-1 -morpholinoethan- 1-one (412 mg, 2 mmol) and Ursolic acid (460 mg, 1 mmol) in 20 mE acetone, then the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for overnight. The mixture was concentrated to removed acetone, 100 mE water was added, the solid was filtered and washed with water, dried to give product. (408 mg, yield:70%) as a white solid. ?HNMR (CDC13, 300 MHz): oe5.1&-5.18 (t, 1H, J=4.8 Hz), 4.514.62 (q, 2H), 3.5-3.6 (m, 8H), 3.11-3.18 (m, 1H), 2.90 (s, 3H), 2.88 (s, 3H), 2.132.17 (m, 1H), 1.181.98 (m, 23H), 1.01 (s, 3H), 0.92 (s, 3H), 0.8&-0.88 (d, 3H), 0.85 (s, 3H), 0.70.79 (d, 3H, J=8.4 Hz). ESI-MS mlz 584.4 [M+H].
