YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With sodium carbonate; In 1,2-dimethoxyethane; ethanol; water; at 80℃; for 8h; Step 2: Synthesis of 3-(3-(2-Chlorophenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-7-yl)-4-methylbenzoic acid A mixture of 7-chloro-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine (1.77 g, 6.7 mmol), [170230-88-3]3-borono-4-methylbenzoic acid (1.57 g, 8.7 mmol), Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 (0.329 g, 0.46 mmol, Strem), and sodium carbonate (2.13 g, 20 mmol, JT Baker) in DME:EtOH:H2O=7:2:3 (8 ml) was heated to 80 C. for 8 h. The mixture was cooled to room temperature, diluted with MeOH and filtered through Celite. The filtrate was concentrated to yield the title compound as a brown solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 364.0 (M+1).
