With water; In acetonitrile; for 4h;Reflux; The product from Example 1B (20.5 g, 0.11 mol) was dissolved in acetonitrile (500 mL) and water (5 mL) was added. The resulting mixture was refluxed for 4 hours and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give a residue which was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluted with a gradient of 0percent to 100percent methanol in ethyl acetate to give the titled compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta ppm 8.07 (s, 1H), 3.28-3.45 (m, 2H), 3.24 (s, 2H), 2.43-2.49 (m, 2H)
