With oxygen In acetone at 20℃; Schlenk technique; Irradiation; |
General procedure: In a 10 mL Schlenk tube equipped with a stir bar, 1,3-enynes 1 (0.2 mmol), (bpy)Cu(CF3)3 (128.0 mg, 0.3 mmol). The reaction tube was then evacuated and refilled with N2 (repeatedly for three times) before acetone (2.0 mL) and oxygen (40 mol%, 2.0 mL, using 2.0 mL syringe) was added. The reaction mixture was irradiated with 10W Blue LEDs Light source at ambient temperature for 6 h. When the reaction was completed, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel to afford products 3. (When substrates 1a was 0.2 mmol, oxygen (2.0 mL) was added to the reaction tube, so teh calculation is: nO2=vO2vm=2.024.5≈0.0816 mmol , 0.0816÷0.2≈40 mol% (At 25 , the molar volume of the gas is about 24.5 mol/L)) |
