YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
54% With caesium carbonate; In water; N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 50℃; for 5.0h; General procedure: A mixture of the corresponding bromides (1.51 mmol) and 7(0.30 g, 1.26 mmol) in DMF (30 mL) was added with Cs2CO3 (0.49 g,1.51 mmol). The reaction was stirred for 5 h at 50 C, and then followedby dilution with water (150 mL). The mixture was extractedwith ethyl acetate (50 mL 3). The combined organic layer waswashed by water for two times and saturated sodium chloridesolution for one time, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentratedunder reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silicagel chromatography to afford 8a-8d.
