YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
80% With potassium carbonate; In methanol; water; at 20℃; for 4h; Under air atmosphere, a round-bottomed flask was charged with the silica supported Pd catalyst 5 (21.2 mg, contain palladium 0.0025 mmol), K2CO3 (138 mg, 1.0 mmol), aryl halide (0.5 mmol), organoboron compound (0.6 mmol), and MeOH/H2O (1:1, v/v, 2.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 h, then the reaction solution was vacuum-filtered using a sintered-glass funnel and washed with Et2O (5.0 mL), the combined organic layers were dried over Na2SO4, filtered, concentrated, and the residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel to obtain the desired cross-coupling product.
