72% With bis-triphenylphosphine-palladium(II) chloride; triethylamine; In benzene; at 60℃; for 120h; According to general procedure N2, TDPP 3 (80.4 mg,0.118 mmol), cmpd 4 (92.0 mg, 0.279 mmol, 2.4 equiv),[PdCl2(PPh3)2] (7 mol%) and CuI (5 mol%) were stirred in asolution of benzene (6 mL) and Et3N (6 mL), at 60 C for 5 d. Thereaction medium was evaporated to dryness, then purified on a silica column chromatography, using agradient of EtOAc/petroleum ether (10/90 to 15/85) with 2% Et3N extra. Recrystallization from THF/npentaneafforded the bis (7) coupled product in 72% yield
