YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With caesium carbonate; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 80℃; for 24h; General procedure: The title compound was synthesized by following the generalProcedure A described above for N-alkylation utilizing Compound 1C. LCMS (m/z): 308.15 (M+l)+.General procedure for N- alkylation: Procedure A: To a stirred solution of amine substrate (1 eq) and cesium carbonate/potassium carbonate (3 eq) in DMF (10 vol), corresponding alkyl halide (1.1 eq) was added. The reaction mixture was heated at 80 °C for 5 h to 30 h. The progress of the reaction was monitored by TLC. After completion, the reaction mixture was poured into ice-water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The combined organic extracts were washed with water, brine, dried over anhydrous Na2S04, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to provide a crude residue which was purified by silica gel column chromatography.
