8.66 g With dmap; benzotriazol-1-ol; 1-ethyl-(3-(3-dimethylamino)propyl)-carbodiimide hydrochloride; triethylamine; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 10 - 35℃; for 72h; D) (S)-Di-tert-butyl 2-(3-iodo-4-(methoxycarbonyl)benzamide)succinate A mixture of 1-methyl 2-iodoterephthalate (5.00 g), <strong>[1791-13-5](S)-di-tert-butyl 2-aminosuccinate hydrochloride</strong> (5.06 g), WSC hydrochloride (3.76 g), HOBt.H2O (3.00 g), triethylamine (5.24 mL), N,N-dimethyl-4-aminopyridine (0.200 g), and DMF (80 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 3 days. Water was added to the reaction mixture, followed by extraction with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with a saturated saline solution and was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and the solvent was then distilled under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane) to obtain the title compound (8.66 g). MS: [M+Na]+ 556.2.
