YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With potassium carbonate; In 1-methyl-pyrrolidin-2-one; at 60℃; for 2h;Inert atmosphere; To a 100 mL two-neck round bottom flask was added 0.526 g (0.606 mol) of dibromorperylene bisdiisopropyl imide, 0.278 g (2.01 mol) of potassium carbonate, 0.297 g (1.513 mol) of ethyl vanillylate, 50 ml of lollydone was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred at 60 DEG C for 2 hours under a nitrogen atmosphere. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature and poured into 500 ml of a 0.1 M aqueous hydrochloric acid solution. The resulting purple precipitate was filtered under reduced pressure, washed alternately with distilled water and 5% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, and then dried in an oven at 80 C for one day. Flash column chromatography with dichloromethane in a short column tube gave 3-4 of a purple powder.

The reaction solution was lowered to the room temperature andit poured into 0.1 M hydrochloric acid aqueous solution 500 . The generated purple colordeposit was filtered after decompression and after it collected taxes to thedistilled water and 5 % sodium hydroxide aqueous solution whilealternately going it dried in 80 oven for day. In the short colum pipe, it wasthe flash column and the chemical formula 3-5 of the purple colored powder wasobtained from the dichloromethane.
