YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With sodium hydride; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 20℃; for 1.0h; To a solution of [129112-65-8]2,4-dichloro-7-nitroquinazoline (250 mg, 1.024 mmol) in DMF (5.1 mL) were added N-(cyclopropylmethyl)aniline (151 mg, 1.024 mmol) and sodium hydride (24.58 mg, 1.024 mmol), and the mixture was stirred for 1 h at RT. The reaction mixture was diluted with AcOEt and washed successively with water and brine. The organic layer was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was used for the next step without further purification. LCMS(m/z) 355.18 [M+H]+.
