69.6% With triethylamine; In methanol; at 20℃; for 2h; General procedure: A mixture of 2 (265mg, 1.0mmol), different 2-chloro-N-arylacetamide 4a-4q (1.0 mmol) and Et3N (1mL) in methanol (50 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. After thecompletion of the reaction, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure andthe residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (EtOAc/petroleumether) to give the title compounds 5a-5q, respectively.
