YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With potassium carbonate; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 20℃; for 0.5h; To a solution of <strong>[392-71-2]2,6-dichloro-4-fluorophenol</strong> (2 g, 11 mmol) in DMF were added K2CO3(3 g, 22 mmol) and MeI (2.3 g, 16.6 mmol). The resulting mixture was stirred at RT for 30 min. The mixture was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo to afford the product (1 g, 47.6%). ESI-MS m/z: 195 [M+H]+
