With benzotriazol-1-ol; dicyclohexyl-carbodiimide; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 20℃; The scheme is shown in FIG. 8. <strong>[2886-33-1]L-aspartic acid dibenzyl ester p-toluenesulfonate salt</strong> was conjugated with TFA-ah with the aid of DCC /1-OH-Bt in dry DMF. The mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. DCU formed was filtered and filtrate was evaporated. Filtrate was fractionated on the Sephadex G-15 column in 0.1M acetic acid.
