YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
71% With tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(0); potassium carbonate; In tetrahydrofuran; water; for 10h;Reflux; Inert atmosphere; 5.0 g (22.31 mmol) of Intermediate L-2 (2,4-dichloro-6-phenyl-pyridine), 18.28 g (51.32 mmol) of L-5, 7.71 g (55.78 mmol) of potassium carbonate, 1.29 g (1.12 mmol) of tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium (0) was added to 100 mL of tetrahydrofuran and 30 mL of water, and the mixture was heated under reflux in a nitrogen stream for 10 hours. The crystallized solid was filtered, dissolved in monochlorobenzene, filtered through silica gel / celite, the organic solvent was removed in an appropriate amount, and the residue was recrystallized from methanol to obtain Compound A-34 (9.65 g, 71% yield). The result of the elemental analysis of the resulting compound A-34 is shown below.
