YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
100% 27.8 g of (R,R) -N,N'-bis (3,5-di-t-butylsalicylidene)-l,2- cyclohexanediamine and 16.4 g of cobalt (II) acetate-4H2O were mixed in 500 ml of ethanol and stirred under reflux for 5 hours. They were filtered at room temperature and cleaned by small amount of ethanol. The obtained solid, 8.9 g of dimethyl-L- tartaric acid, 350 ml of acetone, and 600 ml of dichloromethane were all mixed and stirred for 5 hours with injection of air at room temperature. After the solvent was eliminated under reduced pressure, the title compound was obtained quantitatively, mp 136C (dec . ) IR (KBr) 3444, 2953, 2866, 1743, 1636, 1629, 1529, 1438, <n="29"/>1361, 1255, 1201, 1171, 1106, 1012, 783 cm"1
