75% With tris-(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0); tri-tert-butyl phosphine; sodium t-butanolate; In toluene; at 90℃; for 1.5h; 25.7g (100mmol, 1.0eq.) was added to a dry 2L three-neck flask<strong>[62162-97-4]2-bromophenanthrene</strong> and 27.6 g (110 mmol, 1.1 eq.) of Intermediate-7, followed by addition of dried and degassed 1000 ml of toluene as a solvent, was purged with nitrogen for 15 minutes.Further 19.2 g (200 mmol, 2.0 eq.) sodium tert-butoxide, 1.8 g (2percent mol) of catalyst Pd2(dba)3 and 8.1 ml (4percent mol) P(t-bu)3 in toluene (m/ v, 10percent). The temperature was raised to 90°C and the reaction was carried out for 1.5 hours.After the reaction is completed, cool to room temperature, add activated carbon adsorption, suction filtration,The solvent was removed by evaporation and recrystallization from toluene and ethanol gave 32.1 g of Intermediate-10 in a 75percent yield.
