YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
82% at 180℃; for 0.166667h;Microwave irradiation; <strong>[2406-90-8]2-chlorobenzo[d]thiazol-6-amine</strong> (950 mg, 5.16 mmol) and morpholine (10 ml.) were added in a microwave tube. The tube was sealed and stirred at 180C for 10 minutes in a microwave reactor (Biotage). The solvent was removed under reduce pressure and water was added to the crude and triturated at room temperature overnight. The solid was filtered and washed with water (2x10 ml.) and dried to afford the title compound as off-white solid (2.00 g, 82 %). 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-de) d = 7.21 (d, 1 H), 6.93 (d, 1 H), 6.60 (dd, 1 H), 4.94 (s, 2H), 3.72 (t, 4H), 3.43 (t, 5H).
