62% With potassium carbonate; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 100℃; for 3h; Compound C43-1 (2.51 g, 10.0 mmol),C43-2 (1.65g, 10.5mmol)And K2CO3 (2.1 g, 15 mmol) was added to DMF (20 mL).The reaction solution was heated at 100 C for 3 hours.The reaction was cooled to room temperature, then quenched with H20 (30 mL)The combined organic layers were washed with brine (50mL × 2), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated.The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (PE/EA=2/1).Compound C43-3 (2.4 g, 62% yield) was obtained as a white solid.
