With potassium tert-butylate; palladium diacetate; 2,2'-bis-(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-binaphthyl; In 1,2-dimethoxyethane;Inert atmosphere; Compound IV-2 (1.47 g, 5 mmol), Compound V (0.83 g, 5 mmol), Pd (OAc) 2 (0.11 g, 0.5 mmol),BINAP (0.31 g, 0.5 mmol) and t-BuOK (1.12 g, 10 mmol) were added to 20 mL of dry 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME).The reaction mixture was stirred overnight under a nitrogen atmosphere.The TLC test found that the reaction was complete.The reaction mixture was carefully poured into 200 mL of ice water.Stir and extract with 50mL×3CH2Cl2.The combined extracts were washed with 1% diluted hydrochloric acid and brine and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate.The desiccant was removed by suction filtration, and the filtrate was evaporated to dryness on a rotary evaporator.The residue was purified using silica gel column chromatography.Compound I-2 was obtained.White solid
