68% General procedure: Compounds 11a-11i (1.49 mmol) and PyBOP (0.93 g, 1.79 mmol)and DIPEA (0.38 g, 2.98 mmol) were added to 10 mL of DMF and stirredat room temperature for 20 min. Then, compounds 5a-5c (0.3 g,1.49 mmol) were added and stirred at room temperature for 4 h. Aftercompletion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was quenched withwater. The aqueous phase was extracted with CH2Cl2 (3×15 mL). TheCH2Cl2 layer was then washed with brine and dried over anhydrousNa2SO4. After concentration, the crude product was purified by silicagel column chromatograph (CH2Cl2/methanol=80:1) to give thetarget compounds (12a-12i, 13, 14).
