YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
70.6% With sodium hydroxide; for 5h; A mixture of H2asba (44 mg, 0.2 mmol) andNaOH (4 mg, 0.1 mmol) was dissolved in water (6 ml) and anaqueous solution of CuCl22H2O (17 mg, 0.1 mmol) in water(6 ml) was added with stirring. To the above mixing solutionwas added a solution of [143131-66-2]bbtz (48 mg, 0.2 mmol) in water(10 ml). The resulting solution was filtered after about 5 h. Thefiltrate was allowed to stand at room temperature for about2 d. Green crystals formed in a 70.6% yield based on CuCl2*2H2O. YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
62.2% In methanol; at 20.0℃; for 2h; A 5 ml of methanol solution of 2-mmzm (0.0532 g, 0.2 mmol) was added to a 5 ml of aqueous solution of Cd(NO 3 ) 2 ·6H 2 O (0.0616 g, 0.2 mmol). To the above mixture was added a 3 ml of aqueous solution of H 2 asba (0.0217 g, 0.1 mmol). The mixed solution was stirred uniformly, left standstill at room temperature for two hours, and filtered. The pale yellow product was obtained after the filtrate was kept statically under open air for about three days at room temperature (yield: 62.2% based on H 2 asba).
